Envision Accounting Co Return and Refund Policy

At Envision Accounting, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest quality of accounting services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund or exchange for services purchased. Please review our policy below:

Refund and Exchange Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

    • Refunds or exchanges are only available for services that have not been utilized or commenced. Once services are rendered or work has begun, the service is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

    • All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

  2. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Any service that has been partially or fully completed is non-refundable.

    • Custom or specialized services that have been tailored to specific client needs are non-refundable once work has started.

  3. Process for Refunds or Exchanges:

    • To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at gbele@envisionaccountingco.com with your order details and a description of the unused service.

    • Upon approval of your request, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  4. Disputes:

    • In the event of any disagreement regarding the refund or exchange process, Envision Accounting reserves the right to make the final decision based on the information provided.

  5. Changes to this Policy:

    • Envision Accounting reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to services purchased after the date of the change.
